Everything you need to know about constipation



What is constipation?

Meaning of constipation is an adverse change in bowel habits. This change may include hard stools more or fewer than normal, the frequency outputs of less than three times a week, the need for an increased effort to activate the gut and sense of incomplete emptying after defecation. Please note proper frequency outputs is between two and three ports on one port every other day. In other words, not all who does not have a bowel movement every day is considered constipated.

What Causes Constipation?
